Prise dans les filets de son addiction aux réseaux sociaux et aux faux semblants de son image, LLONA, influenceuse yoga, cherche un échappatoire dans une retraite spirituelle en Norvège. Elle espère y trouver une forme de paix.
Cependant cette quête se transforme en cauchemar lorsque les rituels de cette retraite exacerbent son anxiété. De retour à Paris, sa réalité se brouille davantage à des événement inquiétants alors qu'elle donne un Live de Yoga et tente de masquer son angoisse grandissante.

Caught in the net of her addiction to social networks and the false pretenses of her image, LLONA, a yoga influencer, seeks an escape in a spiritual retreat in Norway. She hopes to find some form of peace there.
However, this quest turns into a nightmare when the rituals of this retreat exacerbate his anxiety. Back in Paris, her reality is further blurred by disturbing events as she gives a Yoga Live and tries to mask her grandiose anguish.
